SOLD OUT FOR 2016
Each year we raise a small quantity of turkeys for Thanksgiving. Processing is a bottle neck with almost no options available for the small farm producer. It’s sad, but true that our farming industry is only focused on factory farmed birds. We are usually sold out months in advance so call early if interested.
We love asparagus! Our purple asparagus is visually appealing and higher in sugar content than the standard green. No need to peel and most of the stem is perfect for eating. Usually available mid-April to mid-June.
Our produce is organic and delicious. We grow Beets, Broccoli, Beans, Cabbage, Edamame, Eggplant, Fava Beans, Herbs, Kale, Lettuces, Leeks, Melons, Onions, Pac Choi, Potatoes, Peas, Peppers, Tomatoes, Zucs and Cucs. The list goes on and so does the joy of living on a farm.
We have a wide selection of gift baskets depending on the season. These come in authentic Texas Baskets Co. baskets. They make useful gifts all year long. Contact us for more information.
